In his seventh year in the NFL, he made a pivotal decision, requesting release from his Kansas City Chiefs contract. Venturing into a new chapter, Robert founded the Golden Charter Academy, the nation's first TK-8th Environmental
Stewardship Zoo School.
Recognizing himself as an environmental advocate, he champions greener, healthier initiatives through this groundbreaking institution, which has led the development of a $23 million facility under his leadership.
